"So I don't know where this review actually belongs / Sushi Akor or Embassy Suites or the Valet company. \n\nSince Sushi Akor is located on the first floor of the hotel and hotel mgmt contracts the valet company, I'll still blame the hotel. \n\nAlrighty then - let's lay down some facts / FACTS.\n\nWent to a bday dinner at Sushi Akor Saturday night. \nComplimentary valet up to 2 hours $18 after that \n8pm-ish arrival, 15 minute wait for valet drop off.\n\nOne person working valet for the entire hotel and Brand NEW restaurant on a SATURDAY night\n\nOne very dedicated employee who stayed after her shift to help knowing how much of a shit show it was. Her husband was even waiting the entire time to pick her up. She deserves a raise \n\nDinner is done and we are waiting for our car.\nThe car was parked in a different garage and they did not have the transponder to get the car out.\n\nWe were waiting over an HOUR and a HALF for valet to retrieve our car. I repeat - 1.5 hours.\n\nValet manager offered to comp our parking next time. Mind you - the restaurant offers 2 free hours of complimentary valet. \n\nNeither establishment will get our business again.\n\nValet dude had the audacity to argue with my wife about \"nothing I can do ma'am. He's in the same boat we are?\" \n\nUh Not exactly - you're working, we're just trying to get our car and go home.\n\nTotally unacceptable. I haven't even gotten into the wasted time, inconvenience to us and our babysitter."^^ . "0"^^ . "0"^^ .
