. "I bought a mattress for my elderly parents. And the sales person Heather was professional and very courteous. My Dad is WWII vet so she added a discount. Then we had a problem. The mattress was too high ands sagging in the middle. Frank, the manager and now district manager was horrible to my mother. Very rude didn't like the discounts and said \"it wasn't coming out of my pocket\". We followed all of his instructions to make the mattress work, then their exchange policy was up. I had to go through the warranty with sealy. Long story short and many calls later, the company did stand behind a return. Very stressful time for my parents. We exchanged the mattress at a different location but unfortunately FRANK was promoted to district manager. Delivery was late and after 3 try's with local store I called corporate. Said I DId not want to talk to Frank, as he was too rude, but that's who called. Very arrogant, could care less about anyone just his $$$s. 3rd or 4th phone call got refund for late delivery.
