They are all about extracting as much money out of you as possible while not actually offering very much help for youre pet. They also seem to be overly eager to convince pet owners to kill their pets, if the pet does not have an easy peasy condition to treat. They start the conversation off talking about quality of life, to steer you into killing pet, and offering to do that for a fee. They even have a special room to do it, and for the owner to say goodbye to pet. They do not want to talk about treatment options, but very willing to sell you lots of expensive testing, yet still offer only kill pet option. \n In my case I brought in a rabbit with sore hocks. An exam was done, but no testing like x-rays or bloodwork. An attempt to convince me to kill pet was offered, but I insisted on treatment. Was given some pain meds and oral antibiotics for a couple weeks. Rabbit was improving, but then the pain meds were discontinued. A week of arguing got me an apointment for meds, and an exam with xrays and bloodwork. I was offered a choice of kill pet, or maybe they might be willing to do an amputation of both rear legs, provided I spent hundreds of dollars on additional tests. I was given an estiamte of over $1000 for surgury. I was consulting with numerous veterinarians over the internet and discovered that there are treatment options other than kill, or amputate. The very moment I went to get copies of the xrays, and bloodwork lab tests to present to other vets for second opinions, I was immediately brushed off, and cut off from any further medication refills. I did manage to find a good vet that is willing to try and save my rabbits life. So far that is working out good. \nNow the owner may get on here and lie about what happened, but if you scroll down through these other reviews, you will discover a pattern in the negative reviews. This clinic has a tendency to kill pets. and charge lots of money in the process. I am lucky that I followed my instincts here, and went some where else. All these morons really wanted to do was kill my rabbit, and in the process extract as much money as they could. So if you do go there and they start talking quality of life, take that as a signal they already have given up. They have no intention of really helping out. Do youreself a big favor and do youre research, and question everything. Then check out other vets. They almost had me convinced I should amputate my rabbits legs or kill him. I am happy my pet is still alive and happy. Rabbit is not going to be getting snuffed out, or double amputation. Just not going to happen. Some of the other pet owners on yelp were not so lucky. I did wind up spending over $500 for the tests, and exams, only to get little to no value for that money. Complaining to the owners does no good, as they are probably directing the actions going on there. I complained and the owner basically gives me a brush off e-mail saying I should go elsewhere. (which of course I certainly did.)\n This clinic does put on a good show of making it seem like they care, but is just a show. Also if you take a little time reading the other bad reviews, some times the owner replies with a canned response saying how much they care, and how they provide quality care. Lies. One owner comment defending their high prices, says that you get what you pay for. Again lies. sometimes you do get what you pay for, but not at this corrupt, incompetant and greedy clinic."^^ .
