Additionally, they provided me with a $21.00 gift card which was nice however that is not why I am updating my review. \n\nI am updating my previous review score because my experience today was a 180 deg. turn around in the positive direction. Eddie cut my hair this time and did and outstanding job. I was greeted when I came in, and seated fairly quickly. I appreciate V's taking the time to make the needed changes as well as make me feel like am valued as a customer.\n\n***********************************************************************************************************\nI am writing this while I sit here and wait.\n\nI called ahead to make an appointment for today if possible. I was told that they do walk-ins mostly and to come down. \n\nI drove up here and was asked to sign in. No greeting other than someone pointing at the sign in list. Several people who arrived after I did have been taken ahead of me.\n\nI've been sitting here waiting for about 55 minutes. If I am not next I will be leaving.\n\nI finally got a haircut over an hour later. Great cut but the shop could use better management."^^ . .
