"I had to come here to get my Lionel Richie tickets and meet and greet and the staff had no idea what was going on at all, where my tickets were or where we were supposed to meet for the meet and greet. It is the same area as the Britney meet and greet which the Staff have been doing for 4 years anyway for the duration of her Piece of Me run but yet they were clueless and when they asked the higher ups they had no idea what was happening.
