"The words Golden Rule and Customer Service are not in this shops vernacular. I too was let into the store to be scolded by the employee concerning a beverage in hand. I understand the policy and was happy to leave it out of the store it was just the fact that I was not greeted or offered any pleasantry what so ever... No hello, no thanks for stopping by, no how can I help you, no please would you leave your drink outside... Rather a snide remark and that's it. I haven't been this disappointed on a human/customer service level in a long time. No sale from this potential customer. I would be shocked if he was in business another year. Also... I'm in the marketing business and would strongly suggest a business name change and tag line to the tune of, \"Old Lighting & Over-Priced Junk, Where We Strive to Underwhelm.\" If a negative customer rating were an option, this store would get it.
