Everytime I come in for something minor (Oil Change etc.), the expected time is always off.  Schedule an appointment? Doesn't matter.  They had to do 2 things to my car... install a cross bar for my SUV and do an oil change.  I am approaching 3 HOURS and still not done.  The cross bar should take 15 minutes and oil change we'll say 20 minutes.  This happens every single time I come here, and theyre too unorganized to even point fingers at who's fault it is.
