The Red exclamation was lit and I was sure it was probably a bad battery, but needed confirmation from someone that routinely worked with these vehicles to validate. My vehicle was serviced at the scheduled time and a service agent quickly called be back with the bad news to confirm my suspicions.\n\nWilhelm Automotive would have been able to complete the work, but unfortunately the quoted price for a new hybrid battery was more than I was wanting to spend. With this being said however, the quoted price was in-line with what dealers would charge or any other mechanic for that matter. I don't feel I was being price gouged, but rather being charged a fair price. \n\nI would recommend Wilhelm Automotive to friends and family and will return for future service needs."^^ .
