The endo I went to was amazing and they actually made me feel like a patient NOT a problem they're to busy to fix. I then had to go back to \"BEARY\" for my crown.... Let's just say I had to go to another dentist and have a whole new crown RE-DONE! - 3 weeks after. I'm now 3K in debt from their need to rush and not listen to a patient. They also didn't clear anything with my insurance like they told me they were going to before starting. They called me and told me to call my insurance because they weren't getting $$. And if I didn't call I would have to pay the full amount. What happened to establishments having relationships with insurances? Why was I threatened to pay if I didn't call? I called of course. And I did tell the front desk @ BEARY how I felt but they could care less. Then I found out this facility deals a lot with people on ACCESS or low income. It makes me furious for them to treat people like this on a daily. We are humans, not merely problems. \n\nIf you don't care about bedside manner, rushed interactions and curt staff this is your place. It's like a crappy drive thru."^^ . . . "0"^^ .
