Luckily, they have an explanation on every table. Gelato contains less air than ice cream so it is denser and it is made with milk rather than cream.\n\nI had the Jack's Bourbon Caramel and it was delicious! I tried the Beeramisu which was interesting, but not really what I was in the mood for. I tried some of my boyfriend's Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Cinnamon Swirl which was equally delicious. \n\nThe place has a very chill vibe and was rather quiet on a Friday night. It has a cute ice cream parlor atmosphere and the staff was very helpful. I would say they need to change up their artwork though. \n\nI would recommend that they get reusable containers for those dining in. They give you real spoons to taste test flavors, but then disposables once you place your order which doesn't make much sense to me. Maybe they don't have the kitchen facilities to wash them, but I think this would be a good investment. Then again, maybe the server thought we were leaving and gave us to-go containers."^^ . . . .
