A friend and I met here on a Saturday morning and she booked us two spots for 10 am when they opened. I had been to Lotus in Fitchburg last year and waited over an hour for an appointment so I was thrilled that she did this. After a while it became pretty evident that this place maybe didn't have much of a schedule they stuck to either so was glad to get there early. \nWe weren't asked which pedicure we wanted (rejuvenate spa pedicure, thank you!) until about 5 minutes into the soak, so my scented soak was a bit abbreviated. Actually everything was pretty abbreviated - paraffin was on for just a minute or two and same with the hot stone massage, and I don't recall seeing the mud masque at all. The technician was rough with the massage, and actually got one of the joints in my foot to crack with her kneading which hurt quite a bit. She also nipped my toe with the cuticle trimmer. I think it would have been a much different experience had she just slowed down. I think you'd get a better pedicure for your money at any one of the aveda salons around town and I'll do that next year."^^ . . "0"^^ .
