I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy. I cried in the office, not from pain but from frustration. First of all, I called ahead and verified that they worked with young children because my daughter is 2 and had never been seen. They assured me they had and that it would be fine. However when we arrived, the staff clearly had no experience with young children, they seemed totally surprised and confused that she was scared of them. There wasn't even a kids chair or anything. They offered her a toy from a \"treasure chest\" which was more jank than McDonald's happy meal toys. I consistently asked the dentist if she could pretend to look at my teeth so my daughter could see what it was like and help her not be nervous and she completely ignored me (or didn't understand me) and insisted we do my x-rays first. I know that I'm horrible at doing x-rays because I have gag reflex but the assistant barely said a word to help me feel more comfortable. It seemed as though these people had never seen a person who was uncomfortable at the dentist. They had my daughter playing with these dirty, old toys while we did this until she was so restless my mom just took her and she never even got looked at! \n\nThen it just got worse. I was going for a check-up and cleaning however, the dentist looked at my teeth for less than a minute and decided I had cavities and needed a deep cleaning (which is a procedure) due to build up. I'm no dentist so I can't say what was true or not but in my 28 years, I have NEVER needed a deep cleaning (which I later found out was over $200 out of my pocket). After this diagnosis, she disappears and I sit there ... and sit there... and then the gentleman from the front comes to tell me the cost estimates. Even with insurance they want me to pay about $400 for all of these things (that I\"m not convinced I need). We go around and around until I'm in tears because I've already been there for 2 hours and I haven't even started the cleaning. I asked if I could just get the regular cleaning today and the deep cleaning later but NO, I NEEDED the deep cleaning first because I had build up and he went on and on until I was so overwhelmed I almost walked out. I wish I walked out right then...\n\nFinally I felt bullied enough I agreed to the $218 deep cleaning (ONLY for my bottom teeth) and he said they couldn't clean my top teeth at all on the same day.... I was literally in tears while I waited for them to begin, which was another 15 minutes of waiting. \n\nOnce the dentist came to start she puts a needle in my mouth and injects it in my gum. I asked \"Are you numbing my gums?!\" She numbed half of my mouth WITHOUT ANY WARNING. After already suffering through the x-rays, they had me lay back with my head hanging back which made my reflex even worse. After 10 minutes of gagging every 5 seconds, she decided to let me sit up more. I've never seen a dentist who has NO clue how to make a person feel comfortable. My previous dentists in California were always great and my gag reflex was never even an issue... I was just getting more upset. \n\nI ended up at this office for 3 hours, felt completely taken advantage of and scammed and in pain from a cleaning (of only HALF of my teeth). My mouth was numb for over 3 MORE HOURS! After all of this, they try to convince me to take my daughter back again. I wouldn't wish this place upon my enemy, let alone my 2-year-old daughter..."^^ .
