"This is certainly the coolest Dim Sum restaurant I ever stepped into. Although it is clearly Chinese themed, It also feels a little Medieval. \n\nFirst the GOOD:\n\n- Not overcrowded like most dim sum places. And not as loud, tables are a good distance apart.\n\n- Table settings well above average.\n\n- Service was generally good but a little cold at times.\n\n- Like the double sided tea cups - not too hot to hold. Fancy tea pots remain heated thanks to a candle underneath. \n\n- Beautiful spotless washrooms\n\nWe ordered way too much food but some high level thoughts...\n\n- 3 color shrimp & scallop dumpling - Pretty to look at, average taste.\n\n- Shrimp and vegetable dumpling - Pretty to look at, average taste \n\n- Mixed mushroom dumpling - good\n\n- Chicken & chive dumplings - the standout of the meal\n\n- Squid tentacles - kind of oily\n\n- Stir fried rice noodle with shrimps and vegetables - good\n\n- Steamed beef ball - no thanks\n\n- Sesame balls with custard - good\n\n- Lotus leaf sticky rice - good\n\nAnd the Not so GOOD:\n\n- It is pricier vs. most of the competition. \n\nI enjoyed my experience at Dragon Legend and appreciated the attention to detail with respect to decor. Not my favourite dim sum in Markham but worth a visit every now and then. \n\nBK"^^ . "1"^^ . . . "3"^^ . "1"^^ . "2"^^ . "2013-11-24T00:00:00"^^ . .
