They called all locations and they were broken as well!  So we bought a mirror online and they only ship to their stores and we never received it!  It's been almost 3 months!!!  We called this morning and they stated they still don't have it.  The store calls tonight and states they do have it but IT'S BROKEN!  We specifically made a complaint to Kirklands to ensure their warehouse packages the mirror correctly to prevent it from breaking like all the other mirrors.  They obviously don't take care of their products very well!  I'm honestly not sure why it takes this long to receive a mirror we have FULLY PAID for!!!  I would think by now the store manager would be decent enough to apologize and work some kind of arrangement to guarantee this problem can be taken care of VERY QUICKLY!  Very poor customer service and obviously poor care of their product!!!  At this rate seems like we will never receive this mirror by the time our wedding comes around!
