We purchased a king size mattress from their in house line and from what the sales lady (daughter of the family) told us, it was supposed to be good quality, individually wrapped coils, with side reinforcements that wouldn't break down for $985 incl delivery and box springs. Unfortunately, it broke down almost immediately. You would have to put a pillow on the side of the break down to try to avoid rolling out of bed if you slept on the wrong side! We tried rotating every which way with no improvement. And the interior of the mattress was uneven and wavy. It didn't bother me as much as it did my husband and so I put off calling in the store to return it until too late (my bad! Life gets busy!) I'd guess I'm about at the one year mark now - I finally called when he started sleeping on the COUCH because his back pain was so intense. Here's the kicker: they file everything by hand so if you purchase here, KEEP the little half sheet carbon copy receipt. If you don't, you won't have any luck getting any relief if you are unhappy with your product. They wouldn't even look it up for me!!! We have already purchased a new Tuft & Needle mattress (which my husband loves! He's finally getting a good night's sleep!). I don't want to exchange it now, so I'm not sure what to do with this Auburn Euro top! I offered to take it back to them so they could see what happened to hopefully improve the product in the future and they told me that if I did that waste management would just come pick it up. At a loss! Sweet people on the onset, if you purchase here - stick to a better known brand, and for heaven's sake - keep that receipt. Local, family owned businesses are great - unless you need access to a record they are unwilling or unable to locate. I wasn't expecting a full refund because it's been about 14 months and I can still use the box springs, but to have them tell me I was totally out of luck and there was NOTHING they could do without the receipt was pretty disappointing - especially considering it was such a poor product.
