"We went to this clinic following Alison's ill-advised attempt to break up a cat fight in our house ... um btw - these were actual , not metaphoric cats, the kind with super sharp kitty teeth. Anyhoo I took my wounded wife / human pincushion to the Crowfoot Medicentre, and I have to admit I was a little nervous to find it completely empty - like the start of a zombie movie empty. \n\nThe nurse who glared at us working the front desk seemed SO unhappy to see us -that it made me wonder if we had somehow offended them by entering the clinic - like we should have known that \"open\" didn't mean \"come-in\" it just meant, you know, \"contractually\" open...\n\nAnyway it just went downhill from there - the common theme of the visit was the complete and utter lack of compassion and common decency both from the angry nurse and equally brusque and indifferent physician. Not sure if this was her first patient, but she seemed a little overwhelmed by a cat bite. \n\nShe was so uncaring and unhelpful that we left in mid-visit, preferring to make the drive and sit through the glacial wait at the Foothills emergency room than accept her treatment and attitude a minute longer.\n\nIt certainly took longer but as you might suspect the care we received at the Foothills hospital was both compassionate and professional... save yourself some time and go straight to emerg. Don't waste your time with the crowfoot film-noir-jail vibe medicentre."^^ .
