But insisted to ship my phone off for further review. \n\nThis is after their idiot (not genius) pun intended, told me they had in stock and I could exchange it for $149 plus tax. \n\nWaited 3.5 hours for so called tech. \n\nThen took over an hour to run all his tests. \n\nThen after I didn't like his response, to get a manager took another 25 mins. \n\nThis location is pretty terrible. \n\nI have extensive history with Apple and their products. This has to be the worst location I've been too, Arizona, Ohio, New York, California. \n\nProbably will just switch to Samsung or Google.
