First time, I bought an item at walmart website, looks like purolator delivered too late so it didn't make it on time to be delivered in the expected day, I couldn't miss another day at work for this issue so I picked it up at the depot. Second time, my fianc\u00E9's grandmother passed away in Nova Scotia and the dress that she wanted for her funeral was in Toronto, we had to courier it with the one day service, so we sent it on Saturday for Monday morning, the funeral was scheduled for Monday at noon, well they sent the dress to another city, and they tried to delay the shipping because this mistake one say, good that I checked really early in the morning, I called and I had to deal with many people so they understand the problem but they didn't provide a solution so a family member drive two hours to the place and two back from there to bring the dress to the funeral. We had to complained and asked for the refund three times until my fianc\u00E9 got it. And the last time, we made a purchase at the children place, I tracked the purchase and it shows an attention note for the buzzer, I contacted them and provided the buzzer number but I told the agent that I prefer a closer pick up facility since nobody would be at home, the agent agreed and told me about a closer facility, gave me a confirmation number, also the agent offered the package for next day, when I checked it today, it shows that they tried to deliver it at my place again and there was an attention note again about my buzzer!
