I tried for 2 weeks before someone finally got back to me. And it was via text message or email. I have not been able to speak to a live person.\n\nSecondly, despite \"being on the schedule\" for my appointment today. They never showed up. I called numerous times today, again to no avail.\n\nLastly, when someone finally answered the phone today, I was hung up on. \n\nI would avoid this business AT ALL COSTS.
