I guess it should come as no surprise to me seeing other reviews regarding the lack of customer service skills at this location. \n\nI walked in yesterday and the associate standing by the door just looked at me from head to toe. Probably making all kinds of assumptions about me. \n\nI tell her that I'm looking for the Sephora Airbrush foundation and she just points to the back. Umm.. I think she has a problem speaking\n\nOf course, after finding the section that the foundation is at, I'm stumped at what color might work for me. Not one available associate asks me if I needed help. Interesting! I thought that was part of their job? \n\nFeeling annoyed, I aimlessly wonder around the store & see the associate that didn't greet me & had a speaking problem, putting on makeup. Whoa! She gets paid to put her own makeup on at work?
