I was excited to use it. I hand washed it and poured my cup of coffee. I noticed a pool of coffee on the counter, I thought it was weird so I checked closer and there was a tiny crack seeping out along the side of the mug. There were other mugs by the same company and same price- just a different design. I didn't have my receipt because why would I return a coffee mug that appeared to be functional? I have had exchanges for faulty products before at Marshalls and never had such resistance to accommodate a extremely reasonable request, Dannielle the store manager was very unapologetic and refused to exchange it. She gave me a customer service number and of course when I called they were closed....\n\nI will be calling corporate again during business hours. I recommend heading to a different location."^^ .
