Unfortunately my journey with Kia began here cause of the proximity of this dealership to my house. \nInitially, I leased a 2016 Kia Optima that I loved. My leasing contract also allowed me to have all the maintenance for free except for replacing tires. I swear, at every oil change they were trying to convince me to buy something else. One day I had ONE flat tire and the guy who assisted me, Ron, made a huge speech about replacing (and paying) two tires because he supposed one was going to be flat soon. Well that didn't happen. If you have one flat tire and three \"healthy\" ones, why should you replace two tires??? Humorous. Sale people who don't know how to sell. Everything was fine with my Kia at the point that I was about to go over the mileage limit, so I had to do something. I decided to return it and buy a brand new 2018 Kia Optima. Again, I love the model and this review has nothing to do with the car itself, just with the dealership and its components. That was probably the biggest mistake I've made. Besides the monthly payment which is ridiculously high, they also charged me for both cars TWICE even though I returned the 2016 the day I purchased the 2018. Well that's unacceptable, Kia Motor Finance had to charge me for both cars cause the dealership delayed in sending the rest of the balance. They had one month to send that check, but they only truly sent it once I complained with them several times over the phone. Customer service then, awful! You try to reach for people and they always put you on hold. I'm so disgusted with how I was treated. They'll never see me again. Mark Kia is a much better dealership."^^ . . "3"^^ . "7"^^ . .
