To start off brief and direct, PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. There were no follow-up calls, rude customer service, broken belongings, missing items, and ignored calls and messages. If you want details, read on.....\n \nIt seemed as though they were great, until they had my money. I was dealing with Kathy and Steven in the setup of the move, after that is when the problems start. I was told I would get a confirmation call the day before the pick-up, when I received no call throughout the day I called them in the evening, no one called back so I emailed Kathy who finally got dispatch to call me. They claimed their truck was broke down and would not make it for my pick-up date (Tuesday,) it would be Thursday or Friday. Throughout the week, again no call, I kept calling and on Friday they finally called me back and were picking up on Saturday. I was moving for my job, so all of this delayed my travels to the new city by three days. I voiced my frustrations to dispatch who told me \"I should find another company then.\" At that point I had already inquired with other companies and it was too late. Things happen out of our control, yes. I would not blame them for a broken down truck, but it is also important to keep the lines of communication open, isn't it???\n\nMy belongings arrived from NV to AZ in two business days, good timing. But belongings were broken that they had wrapped themselves, I did not notice until after the truck left and I am unpacking. I had a broken shelf AND an LCD TV!!! I also had a missing picture. I called to file a claim and was told to call customer service, what seemed to be someone inconspicuous cell phone and nothing other than \"this is customer service, leave a message.\" In the midst of trying to get settled in my new home and job, two weeks later I still have yet to receive and call back from their \"customer service department\". I also emailed Kathy with no response.\n\nI was told by the driver who came to pick my stuff up that there are constantly complaints of similar issues when he shows up for a move, that people are misled, and service is terrible. After this experience, the stress of moving and starting a new job, I would not recommend using this company. It was very worrisome questioning if they were going to pick up my stuff and when. I had considered at one point that the company was a scam but Kathy kept reassuring they were not, and by the time the move came around it was too late to book with another company. I wanted to spend the time to write my experience in hopes I can deter other consumers in having the same stressful experience I did."^^ .
