They have good houses - aren't older than 5 years; new appliances and a great looking club house and swimming pool. The gym is equipped necessarily with good workout machines(Cybex). They provide prompt services for maintenance requests. I have spoken with Jerry numerous times & it wont take more than a day to send maintenance. (mostly Gabriel who is so skilled at what he does). There are countless shops and restaurants nearby at walking distance including the Ayrsley movie theater and shopping. The area is such a charm to take a stroll with your dog or jog during the evenings.
