One of the items didn't fit so we checked their Return Policy. We can return it but must bring a receipt to do so. \n\nThere was no receipt with the order but I did receive one by email. However, the printer isn't working, so there is no easy way to print it out.\n\nI called the online Customer Service number and was told that they don't include a receipt with any online orders - no reason given and that I must get the one I received online, printed off. I said that this was not at all customer friendly. Finally I was transferred to another department for help. They said they could pick the item up, for a fee. Finally they told me that since they have the order on file, if we bring the item back to a store, they can look the order up and use that information for the refund.\n\nCome on IKEA. Don't be cheap! Put an invoice in with the orders. This has been entirely too much work."^^ .
