When we first were looking for the place weren't sure we were going the right direction until we saw a couple walking down the street with ice creams in hand. Nonetheless, it just makes this place all the more unique. Village Ice Cream is located in what looks to be an older building but inside is quite new, simple and modern. There's also a nice patio / sitting area just outside. \n\nThe ice cream itself is pretty good. It reminded me of Bi-Rite Creamery in San Francisco which is one of the best. Never had a waffle cone as good as the handmade waffle cone here, which is part of the experience at Village Ice Cream. It was fresh and had the perfect amount of sweet and chewy to it.\n\nThe only downside to this place is that it's 6 bucks for a single scoop and handmade waffle cone. The place could also use a bit more seating and/or some tables. A solid 4.5 stars."^^ .
