We have a difference of opinion on a certain topic but I found him to be intelligent, articulate and easy to speak to. I've only been able to meet him ONCE because his office people NEVER return texts or voicmail. \nOnce this enrollment period ends, I'll be going back to a PPO plan. This may have been cheaper, but the level of frustration is not worth it to me.\n\n**This review is for his office staff and assistant**\nI picked this doc based on feedback from a dear friend with whom I work. I called the office to schedule my yearly wellness exam/labs. I set the appt, showed up and everything was easy and \"normal\". That was in June and that was the last time anything proceeded in a normal fashion. Here's what happened next:\n1. No follow up to go over my labs. At checkout I was told to come back in October for a follow up. Hmmm ok. \n2. I wanted a copy of my blood work to go over with my wellness coach. This is how it went down. I waited a week after giving blood to get a copy of my results. Over the course of nearly 3 weeks, I had to make no less than 7 phone calls, 5 voice mails, 2 texts and 1 email and NO ONE called back. Finally, on my last attempt at getting a human being I left a final defeated voicemail and within 15 minutes someone named Sasha called me back. \n\n3. Over the last few days, I have felt the pain of a possible kidney stone. It has happened before and I promise you, it is a pain not easily forgotten. I called the office on Tuesday (2 days ago) to schedule an appt. Again, I got a voicemail prompt. I left my name and phone number on the voice mail requesting an appt. Today is Thursday and no one from this office has called back. I guess I'll go to a quick care somewhere but I can assure you, I'll never step foot in this place again. \nTheir sincere lack of patient empathy and seemingly general organization is profoundly inept."^^ .
