However, one time I bought it on a weekend and stored it in the fridge to give out to coworkers on the Monday as a xmAs treat, and fridge was recommended.  The shells flaked off so badly that I could not bear to give them out... An unfortunate waste of a couple dozen macarons and money!  I would definitely stil eat their macarons but only within 24 hrs \n\nLemon meringue cake - tasty! Very filling, served more\nThan the suggested portion due to its hefty size. Very flavourful curd/ custard. A lot of moist white cake. I prefer less white cake but that's personal preference.
