I booked a helicopter tour for my 30th birthday present from my parents. The confirmation email I was sent matched the total I saw on the screen before providing my credit card information. The charge hit my bank account for an extra $20. I reached out to get it corrected but was told that there is an extra $10/per person fuel surcharge. Why not just be honest with your prices and charge what you WRITE in an confirmation email that your are going to charge?!  They're now refunding my money in \"7-10 business days\". \n\n\nHow are they now able to process refunds the same day on a card they JUST charged. \n \nDo not recommend doing business with this company."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
