The location is ideal and the 1 bedroom units are low-maintenance. It's been the perfect situation for me, as I work only a few miles away.\n\nThe parking is not ideal, as it is uncovered. But I never have any issue finding a spot.\n\nManagement is always quick to respond to my requests. I have had an issue with the front door jamming and the HVAC not working, but had both issues resolved within 2 days. The on-site manager is always friendly and helpful, as well.\n\nI didn't get a chance to use the community pool, but I see it regularly cleaned.
