"Very cool cheese focused restaurant/wine bar housed with a non-profit bookstore and reading/performance space. \n\nFirst off, they have the best cheese plate in town. I made a custom plate of Harbison with Valdeon (Spanish Blue), and it was delicious. I paired that with a nice Tempranillo wine.\n\nFor an entree I chose the polenta, which was delicious.\n\nHere are the positives. You would have to go to New York City to experience anything similar. This concept is popular there, and I'm pleased they are trying it here. The food is wonderful, and the cheese selections are extraordinary.\n\nOn the negative side, they just opened. The staff is still being trained, but they are learning fast. For example, I got a short pour on my wine, clearly not the 5-6 ounces the owner intended. I pointed it out to the owner and he quickly remedied the issue. \n\nIt's a small plate concept, so expect to order multiple plates. They also do not accept a gratuity, similar to Bar Marco and the Livermore.\n\nIn all, a great spot for dinner and conversation."^^ . . "5"^^ .
