That is the true test of quality customer service. I was beyond impressed with the genuine courtesy that my issue was handled with. It shows me they are a company not only concerned with getting customer, but with keeping them, which in my experience, isn't s common quality. \n\nHighly recommend. Quality product (I had a water bug nest in my back yard which scarred the living daylights out of me every role I came across one) and tried other bug companies, sprays at home, etc., but nothing helped eliminate the problem until GM came."^^ .
