I do believe in Yelp fair review system and also in every business right to reply and earn their respect in the market. That can be done with our support as well (customers and former customers). An update for this review is fair I think!\nI would suggest to anyone who sign in for their service to clarify from the beginning the following aspects:\n - If they are going to dispute inquiries, name and address and how what charges will be there.\n - keep a copy of every credit report you mail out. Will help you to compare in case if there's any billing mistakes - Fortress billing department is great. I wish the credit coordinator would have been prompt as the billing was in returning calls!\nMy experience was somehow based on a miscommunication/misunderstanding.
