. . "Dear Target Park, \n\nYou are sneaky. I received a parking ticket from you in a lot that told me I could park there for 2 hours given I shopped at the store. That's exactly what I did. I wanted to dispute this ticket and so I emailed the customer service email on the back of the ticket with my proof. \n\nIt had been 3 days and no one got back to me. I called in, and then got a voicemail telling me that only way to get in touch for a dispute is by email. Also, if the dispute was not in my favour and extra $25 was charged. \n\nI emailed again, and again there was no response even though your phone message says 2 days. \nAnd now my 15 days are up, with no response to dispute. \n\nAt the risk of having a collection agency after me for the rest of my life, or a bad credit score, and the fact that I still need to continue parking at the lot - I was forced to pay the fine and save $40 (if I went over the time limit). \nI had no choice. But it was very poor customer service. \n\nYou are sneaky. \nYou're even worse than the green P parking/speeding tickets office, which I have had a better experience and have my issues resolved quite quickly."^^ .
