Sometimes I get friendly people at the walk up window when I pick up my mobile order, sometimes not. Therein lies the problem. Mobile orders. They really have a terrible system for dealing with those. Sometimes they haven't even started mine when I get there and the slip is just lying there waiting for someone to pick it up. I usually have to wait to pick it up because no one checks the pickup window and there is usually someone ordering at the walk up window. So I'm frequently standing there staring at my drink kind of willing it to float up, over, and out the window to me quite a while before someone finally looks over and sees me there. \n\nToday was the worst experience I've had there though. I got there a few minutes after placing my mobile order. There were several people in line at the window. Only two cars in the parking lot and maybe two cars waiting to order in the drive through. My drink was not made. So, apparently someone was waiting for an 8 drink plus food and that made them call a halt to filling mobile orders. All the people in line got to place their order and have it delivered to them, the drive thru kept getting serviced, and I was late to work because I had to wait 15 minutes for my dang iced tea. It's an ICED TEA! It's practically already made. Seriously.\n\nThis is probably the last strike for them. I regularly boycott this location and I think it's time to do that again.
