"My experience was disappointing. I purchased a new Murano that had a water spot on it from being in the elements. The manager explained that this would be fixed and just bring in the SUV one day. We took it to the dealership one Tuesday and in a matter of hours it was returned with the water spot still present!! They did nothing but advertised as if they did. I took it back and they kept it for several days and gave us a lesser vehicle for renting. Very displeased!!\n\nAlso, the dealership did not have a manual for a brand new vehicle. I asked Lesean, the sales associate, on many occasions when we would receive this. He gave several empty promises. I called the dealership and they also gave empty promises. It took almost 3 mos to get my owner's manual. I felt ignored after they sold the customer a car. Very unprofessional. They didn't even offer anything for my convenience. Again disappointed."^^ .
