I have never, ever had a complaint with them, even when I lose their cds and get charged $20+. This library has everything, even if it isn't part of the greater Cleveland/Cuyahoga systems.  I should probably tip the staff at Christmas the way you do your mailman. \n\nSuggestion: Use the online library and place your item on hold.
