I work a non-traditional schedule and often had to call the afterhours to communicate changes and requests. It would take days for someone to call me back. Diana had the task of dealing with me about an increase in my classic car rate. She had a very poor understanding of the policy and was only able to parrot back one line that was written on her notes. I cancelled the policy and the office took their time processing the request. My account was charged for the full amount of the policy. This office said they were unable to credit my debit card back and could only issue a check, which would be about two weeks out. They effectively stole hundreds of dollars from me during the holiday week. The attitude of this office is basically \"F*ck You Customer\". Chris must not care very much about his business, or try very hard to find competent people to make his calls for him. State farm is a great name, but the actual people running this office are sloppy in their paperwork, lazy in their response times and incapable of basic customer service. \n\nIt must be nice to have business funneled directly to you through a big name like \"State Farm\" and then have no one to hold you accountable. When I asked who Chris's boss was, Diana laughed and said he doesn't have a boss, he owns the business. Well, good for you Chris. Seems like you have scored a comfy gig where you can earn money while creating an office culture where customers are ripped off and talked down to. I have cancelled all of my policies with State Farm and would ask you to think twice before allowing this office to handle your business. \n\nThis isn't the first review about their poor customer service, check out the review from 8/22/16."^^ .
