I had a great first experience with the rep that initial established the account with me; however, I did have a question for him and called but did not receive a phone call back. I also called in and have had adequate service the first time, but great service this last time I called in for clarification of my account. I still am wondering about a few things, but I will say that I love the way the water tastes, and I did recommend that my neighbor, who is currently undergoing chemotherapy, try the service. She is the one that told me about how healthy alkanine 9.0 water is...something I wasn't aware of. I'm currently not able to pay my bill because the certificate of this company has expired and I'm unable to get onto the website.
