"So I have been going to Toni and Guy the past 4 months and I was looking to go from ombr\u00E9 brown to blonde and I understand it's a process. So I was setup with Mitchell to help me through the process. The first round she did entire highlight and my hair was damaged; 2nd round partial highlight and my hair was more damaged than the 1st round; and 3rd round was retouch of the roots. Every time I saw Mitchell my hair was extremely dry and breaking and it was until the 3rd round it got sloppy and my entire hair turned out to an ashy, green color. I know she noticed It but she immediately blamed the lighting. That was a red flag! So I went home under the understanding it's the lighting and tipped her 50% (30.00) out of the cost of the retouch ($64.00). Until the next day, my hair was horrible and people asked what did I do to my hair. It was obvious my hair was over toned. I immediately called Toni and Guy and requested to see someone else so they set me up with Melissa and she advised to bleach my entire hair! Are you kidding me? Bleach my entire hair when it is already porous and damaged. I asked for my refund which they gave back to me but sent me home with no products to help me get the toner out. This was the worst customer service experience and instead of solving the problem and making your customers happy they prefer to send you out the door with discolored hair. Aren't these people supposed to be professionals and customer service oriented? \n\nNever going back to a Toni and Guy!! A total waste of 400.00 plus dollars down the drain!!"^^ . "2"^^ .
