The tablet works fine but I was told it only takes a few days to repair so I put it in CPR on Feb 11. I was told By \"Nate\" it would be repaired in \"a few days\".\nOn Feb 17, I was called saying \"CPR ordered or received the incorrect part\" and that the correct part should be in and my tablet \"Should\" be ready by Feb 22-23. After NOT hearing from CPR Charlotte, I called on Feb 26 and was told, \"they received the part to fix my tablet but it was a bad spare sent to them so another part has to be ordered\" I asked for an ETA today Feb 26, and I am now told my tablet \"should be ready March 1st or 2nd\" This is an AT&T SAMSUNG tablet that I purchased new 2 years ago. When I dropped it off I was told \"it deffinately can be fixed\". We'll see?\nDamian\nUPDATE: CPR called me several times to keep me updated until my tablet was repaired. \nI picked up my tablet March 5 and it is repaired and working great. The CPR staff (Kristen)and management (Nate) were very apologetic about all the issues with bad/wrong spares and very kindly compensated me for the inconvenience in way of the cost. \nTHANK YOU CPR!"^^ . .
