When I went in for service I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone even looked at me.  Finally sat down to fill out the service order. I cannot understand why they do this by hand each time.  I bought the truck here, why don't you have my information in the computer?  After filling it all out the service rep says \n\n\"it will be ready in about 2 and 1/2 hours\"\n\n\"I had an appointment\" I replied.  \n\nHe shrugged his shoulders so I left.
