They have a fancy front office which maybe was a clue. They promised in writing the job would take a week, and alluded to much quicker. The rep called me two days later and said it would be several days longer than the promised week. When I went to pick it up, there were new paint dings in the hood, the rep said these were \"pre existing.\" I was so anxious to get my vehicle back I let it slide. A week later I wanted to tie a kayak on the roof rack and needed to secure it to the front, so I tried to tie it to the front bumper (which they had replaced) and the whole thing was loose. Looking it over much closer, there were bolts missing elsewhere. The splash gaurd in the wheel well was nearly falling off, missing bolts. \n\nI left a letter describing what I wanted done -fix the paint dings and finish installing the bumper. The rep called and wants $300 to do the hood--said maybe they should have called to get my authorization to do \"extra\" work on the hood so he'll reduce the cost of redoing the hood. Said he'd fix the bumper. \n\nMore hassle, more expense, more delay! Avoid these guys!\n\nTwo Weeks Later--Left a thorough note as to what I wanted fixed again. To their credit, they did get it right the second time."^^ .
