Around 10:20 am I called in and was told by the csr or dispatcher that she is going to put a rush on the order. Around 10:45 am I called again and was told that the appointment was never booked at first, but then she says that the driver stated it was a no show. I asked her how could it be a no show when I have been outside watching and waiting for over 40 mins. She confirmed with me that more than likely the driver just said that so he can run his own agenda. I gave my info again and explained that I have taken a cab from my location the previous 3 days and none of the drivers had trouble finding it. So at this point I am already late for work and finally get picked up at 11:02 and I tell the driver I have been waiting for about an hour and he states \"oh it is probably because no one was in the area\" yet when we approach my first major cross street he waves to two other cab drivers at the gas station just chatting. I never place complaints, being in the customer service business I know sometimes things happen but the whole service experience was horrible and caused me a great inconvenience at work. It is a shame because I have been a faithful customer of this company since I arrived back in Phoenix 2 yrs ago. Now I have no trust in your company at all."^^ . . "1"^^ . "1"^^ . .
