This may have been the 3rd time I've been here but today was nothing like the last 2 times. My family and I arrived around 5:45. Upon entrance it was nothing spectacular. No greet, no acknowledgement. The line wasn't long so we only waited 2-3 mins before being helped. Or should I say rushed through the process. A female named Haley asked us what we wanted and though we had a pretty solid idea in mind, we asked for 1 taster of cotton candy for my girls to SHARE and taste. Once she handed over the taster she didn't even wait for my FIRST daughter to taste it before she asked, \"now what can I make for you?\" Since my girls were barely tasting the sample we just decided to go with straight vanilla for them. She then proceeded to rush us through the next cup of ice cream. And before I could tell her what I wanted omitted, she just started tossing everything in. She half heartedly mixed the brownie in. For it was still 2/3 whole when she placed the ice cream in the cup. If that wasn't sad, the cup was only filled 2/3 way as well. And yet again, before completing the cup she was on she was rushing us for the next order. When my husband asked for strawberry cheesecake which normally comes with cheesecake ice cream, Graham crackers, and strawberries, he got nothing to that liking. After Haley mixed the strawberry puree in with the ice cream, she proceeded to dump it in the cup. When asked where the Graham cracker bits were, her reply was, \"oh, well we're out of Graham cracker.\" Not even an apology or a suggestion to substitute it for something else! She just quickly mushed 2/3 ice cream in the cup and scooped the rest into their discard tray. And to add insult to injury, she rang us up for a signature ice cream even though it was NOT because it lacked the BASIC ingredients! \n\nWorst experience and worst customer service ever!"^^ .
