"Found myself coming to this location for the first time (and second time) purely out of necessity. Unfortunately my local vape shop (Vape Meet Streetsville) was out of my coils during the first instance, and then they stopped carrying almost all juices in 18mg nicotine. \n\nOne of the reps I normally deal with at VM actually called up this location to ensure they had my coils and I made my way over shortly afterwards. I was expecting a pleasant experience since the VM employee said \"mention my name and you'll receive great service\" (or something to that effect). I'm used to excellent service at VM so I wasn't expecting anything less, especially since they recommended me to Dash. \n\nI guess there's some merit to the saying that you won't be disappointed if you don't have expectations, since both of my visits here were sub-par to say the least. I don't mean to compare the two establishments, but when I approached the Dash employee and mentioned the VM's employee name, I barely received what I'd consider even a slight acknowledgement. No smile, nothing. Just handed me the product and asked how I'd like to pay. It may not sound like much to complain about, though most people know customer service goes quite the distance, and I just felt my patronage wasn't appreciated, especially from a company's referral that wasn't even affiliated with them. \n\nWhen I found myself here again, I was in dire need of 18mg juice, and I was informed by someone that Dash does custom mixes. I thought I'd give them another shot, even thought they aren't exactly around the corner from me. Again, same lackluster \"customer service\", with the same bare minimum acknowledgement, which to be honest made me feel slightly uncomfortable, exasperated by the fact that I had to sit and wait while this juice was being mixed. When I attempted to ask them a technical question about the juice, the 2 employees didn't appear to be too enthused about answering my question, and with a blank look on their faces they once again used the same minimalistic approach to my inquiry. Not impressed, and certainly doesn't make me feel inclined to pay you my hard earned money to endure an experience like this. \n\nReally unfortunate since this is a really modern location, and the custom mixing is a great service (albeit pricey), though I order my juices online now from another distributor. If you're not in the market for customer service, this place can fulfill your material needs, though I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're seeking integrity when making a purchase, especially a pricey one at that."^^ . . .
