Attentive and knowledgeable\n- The charcuterie board, especially the chicken liver pate which was rich, smooth, and had a nice bite\n- The cheese board was excellent. A nice hard goat and a semi-stinky soft cheese were both full of flavor and went very nicely with the marmalade and pears\n- The lamb was perfectly cooked. I didn't like the vegetable puree and would probably had it prepared a little differently to better bring out the lamb flavor\n- The bouillabaisse was off the charts good.
