Kevin has been a master plumber for more than 20 years and is very informative. I called Kevin for a clogged drain, while he was at my house addressing the issue, I had several other plumbing concerns that he readily addressed. He explained to me in terms that were easy for me to understand why my system was designed the way it was, and dispelled my concerns. Kevin was very courteous and he even called in ahead of schedule, to see if he come by earlier which was completely awesome for me.
