"Our family was planning a night in Toronto and to see the sights. We took the train down and it's a good 10 minute walk from Union Station, 20 minutes to the CN Tower. We have a 3 year old and a 7 month old and arrived at the hotel well before check in at 1145. We weren't expecting our room to be ready we just wanted to drop off our bags. The man at the desk confirmed our room wasn't ready but we heard him call someone and ask to rush it. He said to come back in a hour and it would be ready. We had plans for a boat cruise and centreville no that was fine. When we returned at 415 (check in is officially at 3) they said our room wasn't ready. I was upset based on the earlier conversation and now we had two hot kids (humidex was 37) and we just wanted to get them to the room. The lady at the desk offered just free breakfast which did nothing to solve our immediate issue with the kids. We asked to talk to the manager, and he put us temporarily into an executive suite until our room was ready. Overall, they handled the issue well and we would likely stay there again. We were the only family we saw at the hotel the 2 days."^^ . . "0"^^ . . "0"^^ . "0"^^ . "3"^^ . "2013-07-10T00:00:00"^^ . .
