I stopped by yesterday to get some information about new and used jet skis. They are a Yahama dealer and I was interested in seeing what sort of inventory they had. \n\nThey had two jet ski's on displayed and I looked at both for a while. I could see about 4 customer service guys walking around but none of them would stop to see if I needed any help. I saw a girl sitting at a desk against the back wall where the sales offices are so I figured she could get someone to help. She seemed very shocked and confused when I mentioned the word \"jet ski.\" It almost seemed like she didn't know what a jet ski was. She mentioned that pre-owned information would be upstairs. \n\nI went upstairs and promptly asked the first person up there if he had any information on pre-owned inventory of jet skis. He mentioned that jet ski information, new and pre-owned, would be downstairs and I told him I was told to come upstairs for pre-owned information. He did mentioned that I should go back downstairs and ask for Mike and he would help with all my jet ski questions. \n\nI went back downstairs and asked for Mike. He was paged over the store speakers and I walked around the bikes for about 5 minutes waiting for him. After about 5 minutes and no sign of Mike I left the store without and information and wasted at least 30 minutes in that store. \n\nI wouldn't recommend anyone visit the store unless you are a well known customer. Luckily a shop a few minutes south is working on becoming a Yamaha watersport dealer and was able to provide me with some useful information. I was considering purchasing a Triumph motorcycles next summer but I won't be visiting Blackfoot for information or to make my purchase even if it means having to do a road trip to another city."^^ .
